Director of Admission

Dear Prospective Parents,

Thank you for your interest in Montessori education and our school.  Montessori Academy offers a solid academic curriculum and an individualized approach that nurtures curiosity and a life long love of learning.

"Learning the right answers will get you through school. Learning how to learn will get you through life!"

Scientific research has shown that children learn best through hands on experiences, investigation and discovery, which is the basis of Montessori education.  Since children have many learning styles, our goal is to be flexible and creative in addressing each student as a unique individual.

Montessori Academy has rolling enrollment and accepts applications year round.  In order to take full advantage of the crucial sensitive periods of learning which occur between birth and five years of age, we recommend you enroll your child as close to age three as possible.

To begin the application process, contact the Admission office by phone (856-461-2121) or email                       ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) to schedule an informational visit and tour.  The tour will give you an opportunity to observe our classrooms, tour the campus, view a professionally prepared film about Montessori education and have your questions answered by the School Head.  Prospective families will also receive an information packet including the application form and interesting articles about Maria Montessori and her philosophy on teaching and education.

Tours and class observations are offered on selected Tuesdays at 8:15am and last for approximately 90 minutes.  So that you will be able to give your full attention to the presentations, this initial visit is for adults only; your child will visit at another time.

I look forward to hearing from you and sharing our beautiful school with you.
